By accessing or using Tiny Pixel Kit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

Tiny Pixel Kit provides free, browser-based image processing tools including image compression, resizing, format conversion, favicon generation and social media image preparation. All processing is performed locally in your web browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any output produced by the tools.

You are responsible for the images you process using the Service. You must have the legal right to use, modify and distribute any images you upload to the tools. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Pixel Kit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Since all processing happens in your browser, we have no access to, control over, or responsibility for the images you process or the results produced. You use the tools at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
