What are the correct sizes for Instagram?

What size should a YouTube thumbnail be?

YouTube recommends 1280x720 pixels with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Minimum width is 640 pixels.

What is the difference between crop and fit?

Crop mode fills the entire target area by center-cropping your image. Fit mode scales the image to fit within the dimensions and adds a background colour to fill the remaining space.

Can I change the background colour in fit mode?

Yes. Use the colour picker to choose any background colour for the padding area when using fit mode.

What format should I use for social media?

JPG or PNG are the safest choices since all platforms accept them. WebP offers smaller files but check if your target platform supports it.
